  Purchased a Diverge gravel bike, these guys are really friendly and very helpfull. Had a broken spoke in the rear wheel, took the bike back for repair and was covered by the mecs free of charge. Also had first service. Am happy to recommend.

  Poor attitude and handling in warranty repair. Tried to charge £400 for a warranty issue. I was also charge close to £100 labour for a known heat pad issue that was on Specialized's advisory. Went to Tredz and Specialized direct who sorted and handled with no fuss and no charge. For clarity these Specialized Concept stores are still independent bike shops and are not owned by Specialized. So no extra advantage whatsoever over any other store who sell Specialized when it comes to after sales.
